    For most questions about scoring, sample libraries, techniques, mixing, critiques, etc. – the best place on the internet has to the Northernsounds Forum.  Here you will find musicians who compose for many major media outlets, including television, other artists, movies, games, & trailers.   This is also the best place to hear from developers of popular libraries.

    There isn’t much to be said other than this guy has the best Logic Video Tutorials you will find anywhere – and they are free.

  • Tonehammer

    For the most pounding percussion you can ever want and more check these guys out.  They have even broken further into the market by releasing one of the coolest piano libraries out there (Emotional Piano) and the most epic choir to date (Requiem).

  • Boldersounds

    For unique sounds at low prices this is the place to go.  There are also a few freebie gems to be found on the site.  If you’re looking for a nice atmospheric sound, their Wind Chimes are for you.
